Two-time Olympic judo gold medallist Kayla Harrison has officially joined the UFC roster, with CEO Dana White confirming the blockbuster signing. Her octagon debut is already booked - and it's a big one.
Harrison will step into the cage against former bantamweight champion Holly Holm at UFC 300. The bout will take place at 135 pounds, as Sherdog reports, marking a high-profile introduction for the PFL standout.
Harrison arrives carrying serious credentials. She holds the PFL's all-time records for most appearances, victories, and finishes across women's divisions. Her most recent outing was a unanimous decision win over Aspen Ladd in November. Her sole professional defeat came at the hands of Larissa Pacheco back in 2022.
Holm's recent record reads somewhat untidily. Her last bout against Mayra Bueno Silva was overturned to a no-contest following a failed drug test by her opponent. Before that, she picked up a unanimous decision victory over Yana Santos in March 2023.
