Rosenborg arrive in Haugesund on the back of two consecutive wins, beating LSK Kvinner 2-1 away and Lyn 3-2 at home in Rounds 12 and 13. That momentum follows a strong overall campaign - nine wins, three draws and just two defeats from 14 Toppserien matches so far this season.
The hosts endured a bruising 5-1 loss at Fortuna Ålesund in Round 13 and managed only a 1-1 draw at home to Stabæk before that. A 3-0 defeat away to Stabæk earlier in the campaign underlines defensive vulnerabilities that Rosenborg will look to exploit.
Rosenborg's record speaks volumes: 26 goals scored at an average of 1.9 per game, with just 16 conceded. Their away form is particularly impressive - four wins from seven on the road with 13 goals scored. Four clean sheets across the season point to a side that can shut the door when needed.
Haugesund showed fight with a 3-1 home win over Fortuna Ålesund in Round 3, proving they can produce on their own turf. However, Rosenborg's consistency and firepower make them clear favourites. Expect the visitors to control proceedings, though Haugesund's desperation could produce a spirited response.
