Kyra Spitzner is making waves in the Frauen-Bundesliga. The striker has hit the ground running at SGS Essen, netting four goals in four wins to sit atop the league's scoring charts.
Spitzner spent nine years at RB Leipzig before opting for a move to Essen in pursuit of further development. The transition has been seamless. She credits a strong pre-season bonding period for helping the squad gel quickly, and says she has settled into her new surroundings with ease.
