Paris Saint-Germain have completed the signing of Serbian defender Andjela Krstic from Swiss side FC Bâle, the club confirmed on 9 September.
The 25-year-old arrives in the French capital after spending two seasons in Switzerland, where she featured in approximately thirty matches. A left-footed centre-back by trade, Krstic is also capable of operating as a defensive midfielder - versatility that should prove valuable in the months ahead.
Krstic has represented Serbia on the international stage, including appearances during the Euro 2025 qualification playoffs. Her experience at that level adds further quality to a PSG squad gearing up for a demanding campaign.
The timing of the move is no coincidence. PSG have qualified for the UEFA Women's Champions League this season, meaning Fabrice Abriel's side face a relentless fixture list across domestic and European competition. Krstic's arrival gives the coaching staff additional defensive options as they look to compete on multiple fronts, Footeuses reports.
