Brommapojkarna made light work of struggling IFK Norrköping at Grimsta IP, running out comfortable 2-0 winners in the Damallsvenskan.
Johanna Svedberg broke the deadlock after just seven minutes, capitalising on a scrappy passage of play to fire the hosts ahead. It was exactly the kind of sharp, opportunistic finish that set the tone for the rest of the contest.
Frida Thörnqvist added a second in the 34th minute to give Brommapojkarna breathing room heading into the break. IFK Norrköping offered little in response, and the scoreline stayed at 2-0 through the final whistle.
The result lifts Brommapojkarna to eighth in the standings - a solid position as the season progresses. For Norrköping, however, the outlook is far bleaker. They remain stuck in a relegation spot, and performances like this will do nothing to ease the growing pressure on the squad.
