Häcken sports director Christian Lundström acknowledged that replicating such figures year on year will be tough. Still, he stressed that growing financial investment in the women's game is essential - and that these deals set an important benchmark.
Lundström said he hopes the record sales will inspire broader economic growth across women's football, calling the current window a significant step forward for both the club and the sport at large.
