OL Lyonnes made light work of London City Lionesses in a pre-season friendly today, running out comfortable 4-0 winners with Michele Kang watching on from the stands.
Caroline Weir was the standout performer in the opening 45 minutes, netting twice to put the French side firmly in control before the break.
Dumornay then picked up where Weir left off, adding a brace of her own in the second half to complete the rout.
Notably absent from the matchday squad were Alexia Putellas, Diani, and Freya Godfrey - all sat out as the club manages its squad ahead of competitive action, as Footeuses reports.
OL Lyonnes now turn their attention to Fleury, who they face on 4 September in the official Première Ligue season opener. On today's evidence, Lyon look sharp and ready.
