Rosengård host Uppsala on Saturday in a Damallsvenskan Round 18 clash between two sides enduring wildly different levels of misery. The hosts snapped a four-match winless run with a 1-0 victory at Djurgården last time out, but their season form of three wins, five draws and nine defeats tells its own story. At home the picture is even bleaker - just one win from eight matches, with no clean sheets at their own ground all campaign.
Uppsala arrive in freefall. Five consecutive defeats have yielded a combined scoreline of 1-30. That 5-0 thrashing at Vittsjö last weekend extended a horrific away record: zero wins, zero draws, nine losses, and 36 goals conceded on the road. They average four goals against per away match - a stat that should alarm any defence, yet equally expose their own fragility.
Rosengård's recent away win over Djurgården may inject confidence, but their home frailties remain a concern. Uppsala's wretched travel form, however, hands the hosts a rare opportunity to secure back-to-back wins. Expect Rosengård to dominate possession and create chances, though their own attacking inconsistency - five blank scorelines this season - means this may not be the goal-fest the statistics hint at.
