Vittsjö GIK produced a ruthless performance to thrash bottom side IK Uppsala 5-0 in the Damallsvenskan on Saturday, leaping up to fifth in the table in the process.
Uppsala, rooted to the foot of the standings with a meagre six points from 17 matches, had no answer to a clinical Vittsjö side firing on all cylinders.
Sofie Rewucha, Amanda Altheden, and Daniela Galic all found the net for the visitors, while Milla Larsson and Anna Haddock chipped in with assists in a comprehensive team effort.
For Uppsala, the result deepens an already dire campaign - and time is fast running out to mount any kind of survival push.
